In addition to Euros, you can also pay at the main entrance and the "Gasthaus zur Altweibermühle" using your EC card, Master Card, Visa Card or American Express Card.  A Volksbank Brackenheim ATM is located directly behind the main entrance.

There are more child-friendly features at Tripsdrill than just the special children's menu at the inn! Diapers are available in the gift shop and there are changing facilities at the main entrance and the entrance to the white-water ride, where we also have a special children's toilet. Tripsdrill employees are instructed to bring any lost children to the information desk. Should your child get lost, please go to the information desk for further assistance.

Special tariffs at the adventure park and Wildparadies, along with special restroom facilities, demonstrate our commitment to our guests with disabilities. However, the paths at Wildparadies are of limited suitability. Please contact us for more information.

In the case of injury or illness, please inform one of our staff members and they will radio our first-aid team.

Dogs are more than welcome at Tripsdrill, provided they are kept on a leash and their owners have purchased a cleaning kit (€ 1). However, pets cannot be brought onto the rides or into the Wildparadies.

In addition to issuing annual passes, the administration building is happy to answer any questions you may have, such as where to find the best accommodation in the region.

Even your luggage is well looked after here! You will find coin-operated lockers at the main entrance.

You go to buy some cotton candy but then suddenly discover that your wallet is missing? Don't panic! If you lose something, please visit the lost property office in the administration building, next to the information counter.

Free parking spaces for mobile homes are available near Wildparadies for a maximum of two nights. These spaces are available without sanitary facilities or electricity.

The visitors' parking lot at the adventure park offers more than 4,000 parking spaces for cars and buses. The parking lot at Wildparadies offers an additional 800 parking spaces. All parking spaces are complimentary. 

Holders of an annual pass enjoy free entry to our partner parks. The pass allows for an unlimited number of visits to the Isla Mágica Park in Spain and the Neusiedlersee Family Park in Austria, as well as one complimentary visit per season to the Efteling Leisure Park in the Netherlands.

We are grateful for any feedback, positive or negative, that you may have! Simply complete a card and throw it in the box located at the "Vespergarten".

Funny snapshots of your rides are available for the water rides "Waschzuber-Rafting" and "Badewannen-Fahrt zum Jungbrunnen" and for the roller coasters "G'sengte Sau" and "Mammut" – you can even take home a complete on-ride video!

The "Schnaufende Trullaner" will take you from the adventure park to Wildparadies for a small fee during the main season. It departs from the "Dorfstraße" (village street).

The sun is almost always shining at Tripsdrill, but on the rare occasion that it doesn’t, rain ponchos are available for you to buy. The rides will remain open in rainy weather, with the exception of heavy rain or storms.

We here at Tripsdrill Adventure Park take safety very seriously. To ensure that you can use all of our rides safely, technicians intermittently conduct complex, rigorous inspections of the systems. The TÜV association has stipulated  size and / or age restrictions  for the various rides. Please take note of the information displayed at the entrance to each ride. The opening hours for rides may vary.
