Admission to Theme Park & Wildlife Park
The price of the overnight stay includes admission to the Wildlife Park (open 365 days) on all days of your stay.
Day passes for the Theme Park can be selected at special rates directly when booking your overnight stay or are available at the reception desk in the Nature Resort.
Day passes for overnight guests are linked to the overnight stay and can only be used during the stay at the Nature Resort.
Alarm signal
If you hear an alarm signal, please leave the accommodation immediately. Follow the escape routes and wait for instructions of our staff.
Allergy sufferers
To make you feel at home in Tripsdrill, dogs, cats and other small animals are not permitted in the accommodation units.
Anti-panic locks
The door lock of the entrance door is a so-called "anti-panic locks". For your safety, the door can be opened from the inside at any time, even when locked, after the door handle has been operated twice.
Badehaus
The bathhouse (sanitary building) of the shepherd's wagon is located directly at the parking lot. You can enter the showers with your key card. Please note that they are closed from 24.00 to 6.00.
Check-in
You can visit the Wildlife Park Tripsdrill from 9.00 am, which is included in the overnight price on all days of your stay.
Check-in is possible in the summer season between 3.00 p.m. and 9.30 p.m. at the latest and in the winter season between 3.00 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. at the latest. If you are unable to arrive until later in the night, please inform us in advance. Reception is located in a shepherd's wagon directly opposite the Wildlife Park entrance.
Check-out
Check-out is possible at the reception until 11.00 a.m. Afterwards you have the possibility to spend the whole day in the Wildlife Park or with a valid ticket in the Theme Park.
Our Express Check-out is interesting for all those who want a quick check-in at our nature resort. If you use the mailbox provided for this purpose at the Nature Resort, you will not have to go back to the reception to check out after leaving your accommodation. The bill for all paid unpaid services will be sent to your home or by e-mail.
Cooking & eating
Cooking and preparing warm meals (e.g. with toasters, sandwich makers, etc.) in the accommodation units is not permitted for fire safety reasons. Plates and cutlery are therefore not provided.
Coffee machine
A coffee machine is available in all of our tree houses and shepherd's wagon. Push the button in the middle of the coffee machine to switch it on or off. As soon as the operating indicator lights up continuously, the coffee machine is ready for operation.To prepare a cup of coffee, place 1 coffee pad in the pad holder. Close the lid and the locking lever. Press the button with 1 cup. The coffee machine will end this process automatically.Free coffee pads and tea bags are ready for you. Additional coffee pads and tea bags are available for a small amount at the reception. The coffee maker can also be used to make water without the coffee pad & pad holder as an alternative to the kettle. Caution: Never put damaged pads, loose powder or instant coffee in the pad holder and make sure that the water tank is always filled with fresh water. Never fill the water tank with milk or other liquids than water.
Electric kettle
Can be borrowed for a deposit at the reception.
E-charging points
Drivers of e-cars can use 10 charging points (no fast charging points) in front of the Theme Park Tripsdrill. These are located on the left side of our main parking lot near the main entrance and are signposted from the entrance. Payment is very straightforward, e.g. via a QR code on each pillar, via EC/credit card, the Wirelane app or other mobility apps. The current price (0.59 € per kWh; subject to change) is displayed via your Mobility App. When using charging cards, billing is carried out via the respective providers, possibly also at higher costs. For vehicles that are connected for more than 240 minutes, a blocking fee of 0.10 € per minute is added, with a maximum of 12.00 € per transaction. We therefore recommend that you re-park your vehicle after the charging process has been completed. Parking in front of the charging stations is only permitted with the vehicle connected. Please bring your own charging cable with you.

Entertainment
Various board games and a badminton set can be borrowed for a deposit.
Escape routes
The escape route plan is located directly at the entrance door. In case of danger, please run immediately to the assembly point. This is located directly in the parking lot for overnight guests.
Extinguisher
In the tree houses for 2-4 persons the fire extinguishers are located directly next to the double bed and in the tree houses for 5-6 persons they are located under the ladder to the upper floor. In the shepherd's wagons the fire extinguishers are located next to the entrance on the left side below the television.
Fall out protection
A fall-out protection for children is available at reception upon availability against a deposit. We do not offer extra baby cribs / travel cribs. You are welcome to bring your own baby crib. However, we would like to point out that space is at a premium.
Flashlight
You are welcome to borrow a flashlight for a deposit at the reception.
Free-time
There is also a small playground at the shepherds' wagon. Games enthusiasts can borrow board games from reception for fun family evenings..
Gas stations
The next gas stations are located in Cleebronn, Bönnigheim and Freudental.
Heating
In the tree house the heated floors can be regulated with the controls or touch pads located in the bathroom and bedroom. Choose your temperature setting according preference (levels 1-6 for temperature), or turn the setting down to 0 to turn the heating off. If desired, there is an additional space heater available in the bathroom for use. In the shepherd´s wagon a radiator keeps you warm. Please use the controller to turn on the radiator, depending on demand.
Hygiene products
If you have forgotten a product, you can buy some basic products at the reception.

Pets
To ensure that allergy sufferers also feel at home in Tripsdrill, dogs, cats and other small animals are not permitted in the overnight units. Dogs are not allowed in the Wildlife Park because of free-roaming animals - however, dogs on a leash are welcome in the Theme Park.
Power sockets
The power sockets in our overnight accommodation are equipped with a child safety lock.
Quiet hours
Our little guests do not like to be disturbed while counting sheep. We therefore kindly ask you to keep to our quiet hours between 11.00 pm and 6.00 am.
Radio
Our TV offers selected radio stations. You will find an overview of the available stations and their position in the programme list on the "Television & radio" page.
Rallying point
In an emergency, please report to the assembly point. This is marked and is located in the parking lot for overnight guests.
Safety lights
In case of power failure safety lights flash in the tree houses. In the tree houses for 5-6 persons they are located under the stairs, in the tree houses for 2-4 persons under the current box. In this case the tree house is supplied with emergency power.
Sanitary facilities
Our modern sanitary facilities are located near the parking lot. For using the showers you will need your key card. Please note that the showers will be closed from 12.00 a.m until 6.00 a.m. Towels are available at the reception for a deposit of 10,00 €.
Smoke detectors
Smoke detectors are installed to the ceiling. In the tree houses are also manual call points next to the front door.
Smoking
Because of fire hazard, smoking is prohibited in the area of the nature resort (also on the veranda of the tree houses and in the gardens of the shepherd's wagons). This also applies to candles, torches, etc. Smoking is only allowed in the designated area near the sanitary facilities or the reception. Please use the ashtray there. The nature resort is directly connected to the fire brigade. In case of an unnecessary triggering of a smoke detector, costs of at least 800,00 € may occur.

Theme Park
You can reach the Theme Park with the "Schnaufender Trullaner" or by foot (more under "Way").
Towels and bed linen
Towels and bed linen are included in the accommodation price. Larger bath towels are already available in the accommodation for guests staying in the tree house or shepherd's wagon.
TV
Your accommodation is equipped with a TV. Press the program button on your remote control to get an overview of the available channels and their position in the channel list. For more information please see chapter "Television & radio".
Way to the Theme Park (by mini train or by foot)
With the mini train "Schnaufender Trullaner" to the Theme Park and back: You can easily reach the Theme Park from the Wildlife Park with our "Schnaufender Trullaner". It runs during the summer season on all weekends and vacations. This ride is free of charge for our overnight guests.
Walking to the Theme Park: On foot to the adventure park: Of course you can also reach the Theme Park by foot. Walk up via the parking lot for overnight guests until you reach the grill hut. Turn left here and walk to the next crossroads. Turn right at the crossroads. After around 10 to 15 minutes by foot, you will reach the entrance to Theme Park Tripsdrill.
WIFI
Free WIFI is available in all accommodations. The access data is located below the TV set.
