Wildlife Park Tripsdrill

The wildlife park first opened its doors in 1972 and the crowds began to arrive. There is just as much to do and see today: The 47 hectares are home to around 40 animal species. Among the most popular are the Arctic and European wolves, both of which can be viewed during the feeding tour for some extra excitement. The wildlife park is part of the theme park (Erlebnispark), which is about a ten-minute walk away. During the high season, visitors can easily reach the wildlife park by taking the "Schnaufender Trullaner" train. The wildlife park is also open in winter – at weekends, on public holidays and during the school holidays.
