  • Not at all! Your annual pass will automatically be extended by the number of days in its validity period that the Theme Park has been closed.

What are the general rules I have to follow when I visit the Tripsdrill Theme Park?

  • Please keep your distance from others. Throughout the Park, please maintain a minimum distance of 1.5m from people you do not share a household with (including waiting areas, restaurants, shops etc.). Given the size of our premises, there should be no difficulty in maintaining the required minimum distance from others. If the recommended distance between people cannot be maintained on busy days, we reserve the right to temporarily stop more people from entering the Theme Park.
  • It is compulsory to wear a face mask for those above the age of 6. This applies to the entrance area, in buildings, waiting areas and restaurants. It is also required on all six roller coasters so that all rows of seats can be occupied and waiting times can be avoided. All other attractions can be enjoyed without a mask. If you forget your face mask, you can buy a disposable face mask at the ticket office (€ 1.00 each). Kindly note that visor helmets are not a permitted alternative to masks.
  • Please maintain good hand hygiene and cough and sneeze etiquette. We make sure that all sensitive areas, especially sanitary facilities, restaurants and rides are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis.
  • Please use our disinfectant dispensers. These are located at the entrace to the park as well as several other designated points in the Theme Park.
  • Only people who live in the same household, or people who have travelled together, can go on rides together. Further rules and regulations can be found on signs at the entrances to the attractions.
  • You can get takeaway food and drinks at our food and drink stations in the park. Seating areas near food and drink stations cannot be used in some cases.
  • In the Gasthaus zur Altweibermühle, we have to record the following details for every guest: Name, date and time of visit, contact details. All data will be deleted within 4 weeks. Please note that reduced staff numbers in the dining area could lead to longer waiting times.
  • The vinarium cellar remains closed. However, vinarium glasses can still be collected on the ground floor.
  • The "Eheanbahnungsinstitut" and the "Trillarium” museum remain closed.
  • Only a limited number of guests are allowed in all enclosed spaces (e.g. museums, shops, Altmänner-Mühle, Gaudi-Viertel).
  • Guests, who are in contact with, or have come into contact with someone infected with SARS-CoV-2, are not allowed to visit the Theme Park if 14 days have not yet passed since their last contact with this person, or if they are displaying symptoms of a respiratory infection or a high temperature. General questions:

What if you are closed on my birthday?
At Tripsdrill, children aged 4-11 celebrating their birthday get free entry, and children above the age of 12 get a discount. We ask for your understanding that this rule only applies on the child’s actual birthday date. It is therefore not possible to defer this discount to a later day.

Please help us to ensure that all visitors have a wonderful and safe day with us! Because health always comes first!
